Terms of service

Last updated 2 August 2026

Plain terms for using AttentionPilot. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who you are contracting with

AttentionPilot is operated by Alexander Martinovic AB, a company registered in Sweden. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person or organisation holding the account.

Questions about these terms go to [email protected].

What AttentionPilot does

AttentionPilot schedules and publishes posts to social networks you connect, and optionally writes those posts for you. You keep ownership of everything you write and upload.

Your account

You are responsible for what is published from your workspace, including anything published by an AI agent or API key you have authorised. Keep your API keys secret; anyone holding one can post as you.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and old enough to hold the social accounts you connect.

Acceptable use

Do not use AttentionPilot to publish content that is illegal, that harasses people, that impersonates someone, or that breaks the terms of the networks you are posting to. Those networks' rules apply to you regardless of which tool you use.

Do not use AttentionPilot to operate networks of accounts designed to look like independent people, or to publish content generated at volume with no human reading it. We will close accounts doing either.

The networks are not ours

AttentionPilot publishes through the official APIs of each network. Those networks can change their rules, their limits, or their API access at any time, and can restrict or remove your accounts for reasons that have nothing to do with us. We cannot guarantee any network remains available, and we are not responsible for their decisions about your account.

Billing

You pay per connected account, monthly, in advance. The first account is free; the rates for the rest are listed on the pricing page and itemised on your billing page.

Disconnecting an account removes its charge from the next bill and deletes nothing — your posts, history and other accounts stay exactly as they were.

Availability

We try to keep AttentionPilot running and posts going out on time, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee. Scheduled posts can be delayed or fail for reasons including network outages and API changes at the platforms.

Liability

AttentionPilot is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your workspace at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

Who owns what

You own the posts, captions and media you create or upload, including captions the AI writer drafts for you. You give us only the permission we need to store that content and publish it to the accounts you have connected.

We own AttentionPilot itself: the software, the interface, the name and the logo. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.

The networks' own rules apply to you

Each network you connect has its own terms, developer policies and community guidelines, and they bind you directly. Publishing through AttentionPilot does not exempt you from any of them, and where a network's rules are stricter than ours, the network's rules win.

If a network requires us to suspend an integration or stop publishing on your behalf, we will comply, and that is not a breach of these terms by us.

No warranty

AttentionPilot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that publishing will always succeed, that engagement figures reported by a network are accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You cover claims caused by what you publish

If someone brings a claim against us because of content you published through AttentionPilot, or because you broke these terms or a network's rules, you agree to cover the resulting costs and damages. This does not apply where the claim is caused by our own breach.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you before it takes effect rather than quietly changing the date at the top. Continuing to use AttentionPilot after that means you accept the new terms.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes go to the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protections of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
