AAttentionPilot

Terms of service

Last updated 24 July 2026

Plain terms for using AttentionPilot. By creating an account you agree to them.

What AttentionPilot does

AttentionPilot schedules and publishes posts to social networks you connect, and optionally writes those posts for you. You keep ownership of everything you write and upload.

Your account

You are responsible for what is published from your workspace, including anything published by an AI agent or API key you have authorised. Keep your API keys secret; anyone holding one can post as you.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and old enough to hold the social accounts you connect.

Acceptable use

Do not use AttentionPilot to publish content that is illegal, that harasses people, that impersonates someone, or that breaks the terms of the networks you are posting to. Those networks' rules apply to you regardless of which tool you use.

Do not use AttentionPilot to operate networks of accounts designed to look like independent people, or to publish content generated at volume with no human reading it. We will close accounts doing either.

The networks are not ours

AttentionPilot publishes through the official APIs of each network. Those networks can change their rules, their limits, or their API access at any time, and can restrict or remove your accounts for reasons that have nothing to do with us. We cannot guarantee any network remains available, and we are not responsible for their decisions about your account.

Billing

Paid plans bill in advance, monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Downgrading never deletes your data. If you drop to a plan with a lower account limit, your connected accounts stay connected — you simply cannot add more until you are under the limit.

Availability

We try to keep AttentionPilot running and posts going out on time, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee. Scheduled posts can be delayed or fail for reasons including network outages and API changes at the platforms.

Liability

AttentionPilot is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your workspace at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
