Deleting your data

Last updated 24 July 2026

Three levels, depending on how much you want gone. All of them are immediate rather than queued.

Disconnect one social account

In the app, go to Accounts and press Disconnect on the account you want removed. Its stored access and refresh tokens are deleted immediately and AttentionPilot can no longer post to it.

Posts already published to that network stay on that network — AttentionPilot cannot delete them, and disconnecting does not try to.

Delete a post and its media

Delete a post from the Queue and its scheduled deliveries and metrics go with it. Delete a file from the Media library and it is removed from storage.

Anything already published to a social network must be deleted on that network.

Delete everything

Email us from the address on your account asking for deletion, and we will remove the workspace, its posts, media, connected-account tokens, metrics and billing records. This is not reversible.

We will confirm by email when it is done, normally within a few days and always within 30.

If you connected via Facebook, Instagram or Threads

You can also revoke AttentionPilot's access from Meta's own settings, under Settings → Apps and Websites. Doing so stops AttentionPilot publishing immediately. To also remove what AttentionPilot has stored, use one of the steps above.

Contact

Send deletion requests to the support address listed in the app. Include the email address on the account so we can verify the request is genuinely yours — we will not action a deletion request that arrives from an address we cannot tie to the account.
